Hot pot side: Fresh ingredients, wide variety of items, and 6 different broth flavors to choose from. I went with spicy miso which was tasty albeit a bit salty, and my friend got gom tang which I'll get next time. AYCE for a flat $27 for dinner. Meat is great quality, thinly sliced and you can choose 2 kinds at a time. I will definitely return!

BBQ side- great banchan selection, kimchi jeon is delicious, fast service, I love all the food there. It's our go- to when we want korean food.

Ok had to write a review because this is hands down my most favorite place to eat right now! Haha.
Discovered the hot pot before leaving on a week vacation, & came right back to the hot pot when I got back & took my family this time. It's serious. Go here for hot pot! Not only that but the kbbq side is justtttt as good!!
Also, on the plus side for me, they play kpop music.
I don't know if I can ask for a better place to eat!
    Thank you, Seoul!

HOT POT, HOT POT, HOT POT|

I have had the KBBQ here (which is also my favorite place to eat) but always wanted to try the Hot Pot once I found out it was a new addition to Seoul! There are so many Hot Pot restaurants popping up in Colorado BUT this is the place to eat!!!!

Seoul in particular stands out. Majority of hot pot restaurants are more 'Chinese' infused while Seoul is 'Korean' infused.

Remember: Hot pot is all you can eat which includes choice of meats and many noodles & vegetables selections as well! So pace yourself. Seoul offers SIX different broth choices. SIX. Most places only offer four. The quality of meat is by far the best I have ever had. Vegetables are all fresh and so many options for dipping sauce too! I highly recommend this place if you have friends or family members that are vegetarian/vegan.

The service was great too... My server (I wish I knew her name) was very attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and very nice. She refilled our drinks and was on top of it when it came to needing more meat or broth.

**UPON ENTERING, go to the host stand to be seated for Hot Pot & when adding you and your party to waitlist I believe it's only for KBBQ not Hot Pot**

Overall, amazing food and service! Definitely will be coming back!!!

Your food comes fast and the service is very prompt.  Each table has a button to press and a server will be by to handle your request shortly.  The staff are all polite.  The food is authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced.  One of the best options in the metro for Korean food and worth the drive if it's out of your way.

Yes, all you can eat hot pot for the win!!!!! Came here with two friends a few days ago and we had a great time. Lunch is $18, which is a steal, though you can't order all of the meats. Luckily, I'm more of a vegetable mushroom girl so I had everything I needed (except the thing they labeled watercress wasn't watercress, which made me sad). Plus they still have a good selection of meats, including Chuck Eye and Tripe, yum! Also, the seafood is out at the station so you don't even have to order that separately. Service is friendly and attentive, and you can eat all the things. Plus they have that delicious cinnamon drink at the end. The perfect meal for a cold day, or a day where you're super hungry!
